Hitting, blocking, digging and attacking…

.. are not the usual skills required by a team of lawyers, but these skills were put to the test when Wilson Browne Solicitors took part in the Northants Sport Business Games on Thursday 18th July at Moulton College.

Twenty teams competed in hockey, dodgeball, volleyball, cycling and a team sport with a chance to win the coveted title of overall winners.
Willing team members Stacy Jackson, Jamie Christie, Joe O’Brien, Travis Wood, Emma Owen, Olivia Banks, Karl Ravenscroft & Naomi Edwards put on a dazzling display in both Dodgeball and Volleyball. Their teamwork skills were also put to the test in the team challenge; working their way across the crocodile infested river.  However hockey wasn’t their strong point, despite having demon Olivia upfront, which led to their downfall ending up 15th out of 20 teams.

Ed Rawlins, Senior Partner at the firm commented “It is events such as the Business Games that remind me what a great bunch of people make up Wilson Browne Solicitors. Wonderful teamwork from all and much laughter all round. Well done team purple!”
