Last night brought more success for the Wilson Browne name at the prestigious DBA Design Effectiveness Awards 2017, held in London where we picked-up a stylish (bronze) award.
The DBA Design Effectiveness Awards recognise impactful, wide-ranging examples of design that have had a tangible and measurable effect upon business success. Judged by business leaders and entered jointly by client and designer, the Awards draw focus onto design’s strategic and commercial value to business. They celebrate what’s possible when the best brains from design and business come together in true partnership.”
These awards are not easy to enter, and are even harder to win, and our success is a testament to the impact of the work undertaken since May 2014. During and after that period the Partners and the Board Of Management have been tremendously supportive of the work that the Marketing Team has done in conjunction with White Clarke Creative (our appointed agency).
Throughout this period we have continually strengthened our brand positioning (and brand recognition) with the support and cooperation of the various Marketing Partners:
- Richard Arnold (Retired)
- Ika Částka
- Kevin Rogers
Kevin Rogers comments:
I would like to say how thrilled we are to have been recognised at a national level. Everyone in the firm contributes to our continued success on so many levels, and it is reassuring to know that we continue to exceed the expectations of our clients, old and new, when they do come to us.
The strength of our brand and our image reflects our strongest asset, which is our staff: they continue to provide market leading advice to our clients, proving that they are all the help our clients need. This success comes on the back of the vision previously held by both Richard Arnold and Ika Částka, and their work on the strong branding of the firm which was visionary, inspiring, and ahead of it’s time.
I am grateful to White Clarke Creative, and Peter Elliston and his team there for their help, advice and support in guiding us to this achievement. I send huge congratulations to our Business Development and Marketing Director Wayne Jenkins and his team Naomi Edwards and Kris Burrows for a job very well done. We look forward to continuing to provide a fantastic service to our clients, something that all of our staff and corporate partners contribute to, and can be proud of.
Winners in other categories included big names such as Orangina, Glaxo Smithkline (Horlicks) so we were in auspicious company. A bronze award, in a national arena is a fantastic achievement.
