Our Litigation Department works in teams to ensure that clients with litigation disputes are represented by those lawyers in our team who specialise in that particular area.  We have a wealth of experience in advising commercial clients in relation to legal issues and also individuals on problems that relate to them.

We advise clients in relation to contractual disputes, personal injury claims, clinical negligence claims, debt recovery, contested wills and probate issues and in property disputes. We also assist clients in professional negligence claims and disputes relating to employment issues.  We can also advise on landlord and tenant disputes, warranty and guarantee claims and building and construction disputes.

Our Litigation team also includes a Mediator who is able to assist parties with mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and work towards resolving matters without the need for the issue of proceedings in Court.
