Rachel Hawkins,

Rachel is a Junior Partner within the Private Client team in our Wellingborough office.

She has years of experience in drafting and advising on wills, dealing with probate and the administration of estates, advising on inheritance tax, powers of attorney, and the creation and administration of trusts.

Rachel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a Full Accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formally Solicitors of the Elderly) and a Dementia Friend which is an Alzheimer’s Society’s programme to change people’s perceptions of dementia.
