Simon qualified in 1976 having trained and started his legal career in Leicester. He joined the firm in 1979 and is currently the firm’s Senior Partner. He is based in our Northampton office specialising in both commercial and residential conveyancing matters. Over the last thirty years he has developed a particular expertise with regard to dealing with Housing Association property matters and regularly advises on complex transactions involving large numbers of properties. Simon is also a qualified lay reader and spends some of his spare time serving in the Peterborough Diocese. He is also a keen supporter of Norwich City Football Club.
