Simon is a Partner based at our office in Wellingborough. He joined the firm as Partner in 2003 when Wilson Browne acquired the Wellingborough office of Denny Sutton & Swan. Simon has had a varied career in the law working in London, Staffordshire and in Wellingborough. He had his own practice for 8 years in Wellingborough until 1998. He specialises in contract disputes particularly of a commercial nature, property disputes, repossession claims and mortgage shortfall cases. He is an advocate of mediation as a quicker and cheaper alternative to litigation for resolving disputes. Simon is married with 3 daughters.
