Rachel is an Associate Solicitor who deals exclusively with clinical negligence and personal injury claims. She joined the firm in July 2003 after several years working at a specialist personal injury practice in London. She is a member of the firm’s Clinical Negligence unit and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She has developed an expertise in all areas involving personal injury and clinical negligence. Rachel enjoys working in partnership with her clients to ensure swift and successful outcomes to their claims, and can often assist with obtaining early funding from Defendants to assist with rehabilitation. Rachel is fully aware of all the latest funding rules and can guide clients through the various funding options such as privately paying, insurance, Legal Services Commission Funding (‘Legal Aid’) or Conditional Fee Agreements (‘No-win-no-fee’). An accomplished litigator, Rachel also deals with professional negligence claims arising from the above areas of law. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys theatre trips and reading.
